Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to leverage legal experience and Relativity expertise to support a large federal agency in achieving its mission. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases.
Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills with understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle stages.
Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences when required.
Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specifications and provide detailed deficiency notices as needed.
Performs advanced analytics in Relativity and maintains active learning projects.
Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery needs.
Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support across case lifecycle.
Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
Stay abreast of emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes.
Create and/or support Case Map/Text Map databases.
