Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency in meeting its mission. You will provide electronic discovery technical support, strategic guidance, and hands-on Relativity expertise, collaborating with attorneys and client staff.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, Productions to ESI specs, and developing automation via PowerShell. A strong communications skillset and prior project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced Relativity (front end and back end) expertise.
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts and reports.
• Experience with Active Learning and case-specific analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specs and coordinate with clients and co-counsel.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced Relativity analytics and manage Active Learning projects.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair PowerShell scripts and data workflows.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current on discovery technology and processes; brief leadership on improvements.
