Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to apply legal and technical expertise in supporting a large federal agency using Relativity. You will oversee analysis, processing, and production workflows, develop advanced analytics, and guide case strategy with attorneys and clients.

You will also create automation via PowerShell scripts, manage Active Learning projects, and contribute to process enhancements across eDiscovery lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on large, complex cases
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
• Ability to write complex PowerShell scripts
• Experience with Active Learning and analytics in Relativity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work as part of a team with stakeholders
• US citizenship required
• Undergraduate degree required; Law degree or further graduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Learning Projects in Relativity
• Provide input on technology options for discovery
• Apply standard procedures across the litigation lifecycle
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery technologies and processes
• Develop and share briefings on tech improvements
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts
• Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases
