Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead in a full-time capacity. You will apply legal experience to support a federal agency, focusing on Relativity analytics, ESI management, and strategic discovery support.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in eDiscovery and strong Relativity proficiency, with PowerShell scripting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff regarding ESI specifications and coordinate with co-counsel and client agencies.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications; notify attorneys of deficiencies with details.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery responses.
• Apply standard procedures for electronic discovery across cases.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current on emerging eDiscovery tech and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of software tools in the relevant domains.
• Contribute to briefings on new tech and process improvements.
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts and support Case Map / Text Map databases.
