Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to apply legal experience in supporting a large federal agency using Relativity. The role involves providing electronic discovery technical support and strategic input on discovery processes, while collaborating with attorneys and client agencies.

You will leverage Relativity to perform advanced analytics, manage Active Learning projects, and generate custom scripts and reports across the eDiscovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Undergraduate degree required; 5+ years of experience; Law degree or technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Creates and troubleshoots Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options for discovery.
• Applies standard procedures across the lifecycle of a case.
• Generates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Keeps abreast of new ESI tech and processes.
• Maintains knowledge of available software.
• Gives regular briefings on technology and process improvements.
• Generates custom PowerShell scripts.
• Creates/supports Case Map / Text Map databases.
