Alison Brown Placement Specialists, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO. This role goes beyond scheduling, owning the CEO's time and priorities as the company scales, five days a week in the NYC office.

The position entails high-level executive support in a fast-growing AI startup environment, coordinating travel, meetings, and cross-functional communication. Availability after hours for time-sensitive requests is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as an executive assistant to a senior executive or founder.
• Experience in a technical environment is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to be in-office five days a week in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring for the CEO.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, domestic and international.
• Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for key meetings.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
• Act as a true right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs.
