Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will serve as Deputy to the Branch Materiel Leader, leading acquisition activities for prototype development and strategic planning.

Requirements include Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP, a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree with extensive DoD experience, and SAP/SCI experience within the last five years. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree with 25+ years DoD/government or DoD contractor experience
• Master’s Degree with 20+ years DoD/government or DoD contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG Portfolio
• Advise leadership on strategic capability development and demonstrations
• Apply PM expertise to acquisition challenges and coordinate teams
• Develop/maintain master schedule across programs and PPBS events
• Lead Branch risk management program and document standardization
• Support executive reviews, inspections, and major milestone events
• Interpret acquisition strategies and tailor for program needs
• Develop high-quality acquisition program documentation
• Manage relationships with warfighters, AFRL, government offices, and primes
