Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role involves overseeing acquisition activities, coordinating with DoD labs, and guiding program strategy and policy across the AT community. Requirements include active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with 15+ years), and SAP experience within the last 8 years.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and recent background investigation
• Master's degree with 10+ years managing DoD Acquisition Programs or a Bachelor's with 15+ years
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including tech development, testing, production, and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents to support PM decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD organizations, labs, and industry
