Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Systems Engineer specializing in aircraft subsystem integration, airworthiness, and electronic warfare to support the AFLCMC/WAG at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will work on classified USAF programs and interface with contractors and government reps.

The role requires active TS clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in Engineering, 20+ years of relevant experience, and up to 10% travel. Candidates with DAWIA in SP&R are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• DAWIA certification in Systems Engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in electronic warfare and systems engineering for classified programs.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements documents.
• Apply systems engineering for hardware/software development and QA.
