Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active top secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD program management experience.

You will advise leadership on strategic planning, manage master schedules, and lead risk management efforts while coordinating with warfighter commands and government offices.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 25 years of DoD/government experience.
• Master’s degree with 20 years of DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level support as Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG Portfolio.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demos.
• Apply program management expertise to acquisition challenges and advise teams.
• Assess and coordinate Branch PM assignments, activities, and team composition.
• Develop/maintain master schedule across WAG programs and PPBS events.
• Lead Branch risk management program with tracking and mitigation.
• Develop branch processes and standardize acquisition docs.
• Analyze program info using DoD processes and methods.
• Support division director for executive reviews, inspections, conferences, milestones.
• Interpret USAF/AFLCMC strategies and tailor to program needs.
• Develop high-quality acquisition program documentation and foster relationships.
