Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD program management experience across leadership, cost, schedule and risk.

You will develop schedules, advise leadership, and coordinate with warfighters, AFRL, and prime contractors to advance high-priority defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 25+ years DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Master's degree (MBA/Management/Business/Finance/Logistics/STEM) with 20+ years DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG Portfolio.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demonstrations.
• Apply PM expertise to program challenges and advise on acquisition PM practices.
• Coordinate Branch manager assignments, activities, and team composition.
• Develop/maintain master schedule integrating Branch WAG programs and PPBS events.
• Lead Branch risk management—process, frequency, tracking and mitigations.
• Develop branch-specific processes and acquisition documentation standards.
• Analyze program information using DoD acquisition processes and analytics.
• Support executive reviews, inspections, conferences, and milestone events.
• Interpret USAF/AFLCMC strategies and tailor to program needs.
