Job summary

Serco invites applications for a Senior Level Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG-AT field office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on DoD anti-tamper technologies, managing complex acquisition programs and providing acquisition guidance to government PMs.

Candidates should have a TS clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree with 10+ years of DoD program experience (or a 15-year Bachelor’s equivalent), and up to 10% travel. DAWIA PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP
• Master's degree with 10+ years in managing DoD Acquisition Programs or Bachelor's with 15+ years
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actionable guidance
• Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering, testing, production and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans
