Job summary

Serco seeks a Program Manager SME to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will serve as Deputy Branch Materiel Leader, advise on strategic planning, and apply acquisition program management best practices.

Requirements include active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access, a Bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD experience, and a Master’s in MBA or related field with 20+ years DoD experience; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and current background investigation within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 25+ years DoD/government/DoD contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree in MBA, management, business, accounting, finance, logistics, or STEM with 20+ years DoD/government/DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG Portfolio.
• Advise program leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demonstrations.
• Apply program management expertise to acquisition program challenges and help manage risks.
• Develop and maintain master schedules for WAG programs and PPBS events.
• Lead Branch risk management activities and document mitigation plans.
• Develop branch processes and standardize acquisition documentation.
• Interpret DoD acquisition strategies and tailor to program needs.
• Support executive-level reviews, inspections, and milestone events.
