Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a sales leader to support Air Force and DoD Enterprise customers from Virginia. You will drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration, developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating across AWS to meet DoD mission requirements.

The role requires DoD experience, ability to operate in matrixed environments, and a Secret security clearance. You will engage with DoD leadership, negotiate contracts, and build long-term strategic relationships, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
• Experience presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations
• Analytical and data-driven with balanced strategy and execution
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
• Accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Manage contract negotiations
