Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our Metallic and Ceco brands across the Florida Peninsula. You will manage an established territory, develop relationships with builders and new clients, and drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-engineered metal buildings.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing or sales management experience; or 2+ years in Building Materials.
• Strong relationship-building and consistent follow-up.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory; expand customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales opportunities, and new clients.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting and new opportunities.
