Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead field operations in a designated U.S. district.

You will collaborate with the National Field Team and National Account Management to manage accounts, source and vet providers, conduct site inspections, and identify opportunities to expand services while driving revenue and ensuring service quality. This exempt salary role requires travel, strong MS Office and CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage budgets and relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience using CRM software and smart devices (iPad/iPhone) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional and National teams.
• Visit corporate customers for maintenance contracts and audit sites for upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and revenue targets, including weekly scheduled visits and incremental revenue.
