Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee accounts within an assigned district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to grow business and maintain service quality.

You will source, vet, and manage provider and technician bases, perform site inspections, and pursue opportunities to expand services while meeting revenue goals. This role requires significant on-site activity and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional and National teams.
• Visit corporate customers regularly to support maintenance contracts and audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician networks for quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and target revenue through scheduled visits and growth.
• Provide market information and contribute to DMG's strategies.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
