Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group, a nationwide facilities maintenance provider for retail chains and distribution centers, seeks a District Manager to lead accounts, source and vet providers, and grow service penetration.

You will partner with Regional and National Account teams, perform site audits, manage budgets, and drive KPI targets. This role requires substantial on-site activity and travel; strong MS Office and CRM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district in collaboration with Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams.
• Perform site inspections and property audits and identify opportunities to add services.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Meet KPIs including weekly visits and revenue targets.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
