Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead a district, collaborate with National Field Team and National Account Management, and drive growth across key accounts. You will source, vet, and manage provider and technician bases, conduct site inspections, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.

You will travel extensively (90%), coordinate with a Regional Manager, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality maintenance services while achieving revenue goals and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relative experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district.
• Visit corporate customers for audits and upsell services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/tech base.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and requests.
• Meet KPIs with weekly visits and revenue targets.
• Contribute to DMG’s long- and short-term strategies.
• Manage district budgets and travel expenses.
