Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead accounts and operations within a district, coordinating with the National Field Team to grow revenue and ensure service excellence.

You will source and vet providers, perform site inspections, and build strong customer relationships to expand service offerings. This role requires significant on-site work and travel, with budgetary responsibility and direct involvement in strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
• Proactive entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic/creative thinker; engaging, extroverted personality; comfortable with rejection.
• Significant on-site activity (approx. 90%); travel and extended hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional/Account teams.
• Conduct site inspections and property audits; identify opportunities to add services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base; ensure quality delivery.
• Respond urgently to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and revenue goals through scheduled visits and visits to sites.
• Provide market information; contribute to DMG's strategies.
• Lead RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers for target goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within budget.
