Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in the United States seeks a District Manager to guide a regional field team, manage accounts, and drive growth across a district. You will source and vet providers, perform site inspections, and target new business while coordinating with the Regional Manager to meet revenue goals and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Embrace technology – experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus; CRM experience helpful.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style with the ability to work independently.
• Strategic and creative thinking; engaging personality with customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with the Regional Manager.
• Make regular visits to corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audits for upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base; ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and revenue targets within the district.
• Provide market information and contribute to long and short-term strategies.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
