Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead accounts within an assigned district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management to grow revenue and ensure service excellence.

You will source and vet providers, conduct on-site inspections, manage budgets, and drive KPIs while building strong relationships with customers, providers, and technicians throughout the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic, creative thinker with extroverted, engaging personality.
• Significant on-site activity (90%), travel flexibility and peak workload support.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.
• Visit corporate customers for maintenance contracts and audits to uncover add-on services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet weekly KPIs and revenue growth targets.
• Contribute to DMG’s strategies with market insights.
• Lead RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit goals.
• Manage travel and expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
