Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a District Manager to lead field operations across a district, working with regional and national teams to grow key accounts and ensure service excellence. You will source and vet provider and technician networks, perform site inspections, and create opportunities for additional business to meet contractual goals.

You will manage budgets, support RFP efforts, and ensure timely travel and scheduling to maximize revenue while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district.
• Visit corporate customers and audit sites to identify upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians.
• Source and manage provider/technician networks for quality service.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs including weekly visits and revenue targets.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers.
• Manage district expenses within budget and support insurance claims.
