Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Leave & Disability Claims Manager to oversee disability and leave claims with a focus on compliance, service quality, and team leadership. You will collaborate with HR, legal and global partners to optimize processing and outcomes.

The role requires strategic planning, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a workplace-focused environment. Hybrid schedule available in multiple locations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in disability claims management.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFML and related leave laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as CDMP or CCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee disability and leave claims administration.
• Lead and develop a team of claims professionals.
• Evaluate complex claims and provide direction.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to claimants.
• Develop and implement claims policies and procedures.
