Voya Financial is seeking a Claims Analyst to support the Voya Leave Management (VLM) department. You will guide claimants through the integrated leave process for Short Term Disability, FMLA, and other paid leaves, delivering empathetic, compliant service.

Location: Hybrid — candidate must reside near a Voya location in Minneapolis, MN, with other sites in Windsor CT, Atlanta GA, and Charleston SC. The role emphasizes accurate payment analysis, timely decisions, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management.
• 2 years of experience in short-term disability or paid leave claims management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine claim payments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Claim decisions on non-complex disability claims.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage assigned work queues within defined SLAs.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
