Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
• 2 years of short-term disability or paid leave claims management
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine claim payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Make claim decisions on non-complex disability claims
• Communicate clearly via phone and email with stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Support team problem-solving and process improvements
• Manage assigned work queues within defined SLAs
