CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director in Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to align enterprise operations with pay-for-performance goals. You will own governance, analytics, and executive engagement for the production workforce, guiding strategic decisions and financial stewardship.

The role partners with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Technology to implement scalable measurement and reporting frameworks, improving productivity and customer outcomes across Service Operations.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading large-scale workforce performance and incentive programs.
Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and drive change.
Strong analytics, financial accountability and governance experience.

Aufgaben

Lead workforce performance strategy and incentive program governance.
Partner with VPs and senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
Oversee executive reviews, dashboards, and analytics for performance.
Manage financial stewardship of the incentive program and budgeting.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Tech, and Finance on system enablement.
Drive change management and organizational adoption across teams.
