Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to own workforce performance and incentive strategy for a large non-exempt frontline population, including the redesign and ongoing evolution of the incentive program. This executive role partners with senior leaders to drive productivity, quality, and customer outcomes across Service Operations.

You will shape governance, analytics, reporting, and technology enablement, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to deliver measurable business impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workforce performance, incentive compensation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing and optimizing production-based incentive programs.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Experience with governance, budgeting, and organizational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise owner of workforce performance and incentive strategy for a large non-exempt workforce.
• Lead implementation and evolution of a production-based incentive model.
• Develop multi-year strategy to advance performance management capabilities.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks balancing productivity, quality, and outcomes.
• Partner with executives to drive operational and financial decision-making.
• Lead governance, analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management efforts.
