CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy within its Service Operations. You will own the enterprise approach to productivity-based incentives for a large frontline population, shaping governance, analytics, and organizational impact across the function.

You will partner with executive leaders to drive performance improvements, establish reporting capabilities, and lead a team responsible for operations, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale workforce performance, incentive compensation, or productivity initiatives.
• Experience designing and optimizing production-based incentive programs in complex operations.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce performance and incentive strategy for front-line populations.
• Lead governance and ongoing evolution of the incentive model for productivity and quality.
• Develop multi-year strategy and roadmap for workforce performance capabilities.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks balancing productivity, quality, accuracy, and outcomes.
• Lead executive reviews and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure programs deliver expected business results.
