Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale workforce performance, incentive and transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing production-based performance programs.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive large-scale organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise owner of workforce performance and incentive strategy for a large non-exempt workforce.
• Lead the implementation, governance, and evolution of a production-based incentive model.
• Develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap aligning with enterprise objectives.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks balancing productivity, quality and customer outcomes.
• Lead executive reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive governance structures, standards and controls for incentive administration.
• Oversee analytics, reporting, dashboards and executive visibility into outcomes.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, payout governance and investments.
• Lead change management and adoption across participating organizations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing program team.
