CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to drive enterprise-level performance programs for a large frontline population. You will own strategy, governance, analytics, and executive engagement to ensure pay-for-performance aligns with productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance and incentive programs.
Experience designing production-based incentive models in complex operations.
Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

Own workforce performance and incentive strategy for Service Operations.
Lead governance, analytics, and reporting for the program.
Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Technology to enable program delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and operating model scalability.
