Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to drive enterprise-wide programs for Service Operations' production workforce. You will own governance, analytics, and strategy to optimize performance, accuracy, and customer outcomes across non-exempt staff.

You will partner with senior leaders, oversee budget and technology enablement (Workday), and lead a team delivering insights, dashboards, and effective incentive design to support pay-for-performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale workforce performance or related initiatives.
• Experience designing production-based incentive programs within complex operations.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce performance and incentive strategy for a large non-exempt operational workforce.
• Oversee governance, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks for incentive programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure programs drive productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and organizational change initiatives for program adoption.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for operations, governance, and analytics.
