Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to drive enterprise strategy, governance, and optimization for a production-based incentive program across a large frontline population.

You will partner with senior leaders to balance productivity, quality, and customer outcomes while guiding analytics, reporting, and technology enablement for sustained improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
• Experience designing production-based incentive programs in complex environments.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.
• Strong analytics using workforce data and BI tools.
• Experience partnering across Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce performance & incentive strategy and governance for non-exempt front-line staff.
• Lead implementation and evolution of production-based incentive model.
• Develop multi-year strategy and roadmap for performance capabilities.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks balancing productivity, quality, accuracy, and outcomes.
• Partner with executives to ensure programs deliver desired business results.
• Lead executive reviews and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
