Job summary

You will partner with VPs and senior leaders, drive strategy, analytics, and technology enablement with Workday, and oversee a team across operations, analytics, and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
Designing and optimizing production-based incentive programs in complex operational environments.
Influencing executive leaders and driving large-scale organizational change.
Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce performance and incentive strategy for a large non-exempt operational population.
Oversee governance, analytics, reporting, and executive reviews of program effectiveness.
Partner with VP and senior leaders to drive operational and financial outcomes.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for workforce and organizational decisions.
Drive technology enablement and process standardization with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
