You will shape strategy, governance, and analytics, partnering with senior leaders to ensure productivity, quality, and customer outcomes align with pay-for-performance objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
Experience designing and optimizing production-based incentive programs in complex ops environments.
Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise workforce performance & incentive strategy for frontline ops.
Oversee governance, metrics, reporting, and analytics for the program.
Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology and executives.
Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and business impact of the program.
Lead executive reviews and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
