CVS Health in the United States seeks a Lead Director, Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to lead enterprise-wide programs for Service Operations' frontline population. You will own strategy, governance and the evolution of a production-based incentive model, balancing productivity, quality and customer outcomes with pay-for-performance objectives.

Formación

• 10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance and incentive programs.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing production-based programs.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and driving organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.
• Strong analytical capabilities and use of business intelligence tools.
• Experience partnering across Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise workforce performance and incentive strategy for frontline populations.
• Design governance structures, standards and controls for measurement and administration.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure productivity, quality, service and outcomes.
• Oversee executive reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, payout governance, and reporting to executives.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across organizations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
