Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to own the enterprise workforce performance and incentive program for a large front-line population. You will partner with executives to shape governance, analytics, and outcomes that balance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with HR Technology and Finance, and drive strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement across Service Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
• Experience designing production-based performance programs in complex environments.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical capabilities using workforce performance data and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce performance strategy and incentive program for a large non-exempt frontline population.
• Partner with VPs and senior leaders to drive operational and financial outcomes.
• Oversee governance, analytics, reporting dashboards for program performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability of the incentive program.
