CVS Health in Washington, DC is seeking a Lead Director, Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to drive the enterprise strategy for Service Operations’ incentive programs across non-exempt frontline populations.

You will partner with senior leaders, establish governance, deliver analytics and dashboards, and oversee budgeting, technology enablement, and change management to unlock productivity and quality improvements.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
• Experience designing production-based performance programs in complex environments.
• Strong ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with significant financial accountability.
• Proficient in using workforce data and BI to drive decisions.
