Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Workforce Performance & Incentive Strategy to steer enterprise-level workforce performance initiatives for a large non-exempt frontline population. You will own strategy, governance, and the evolution of a production-based incentive program to balance productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years leading large-scale workforce performance or incentive programs.
Experience designing production-based incentive models in complex environments.
Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using BI and workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

Own workforce performance strategy and incentive governance for front-line populations.
Lead executive reviews, provide actionable insights, and drive operational improvements.
