Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Digital Pace Specialist AE to drive growth within Enterprise accounts. You will partner with Core AEs to expand the digital footprint, engage Marketing, Digital, and Ecommerce leaders, and close opportunities across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360.

You’ll build long-term strategies, collaborate with a matrixed team, and lead initiatives to increase whitespace and cross-sell within 5,000+ employee customers.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts and win new logos.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota as a specialist or overlay seller.
• Knowledge of MarTech, Commerce, CDP or data platforms.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders at director level+.
• Strong presentations and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed selling motion.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
• Partner closely with Core AE / Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
• Coordinate Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Share Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization, data unification and revenue lifecycle efficiency.
• Drive growth within accounts through new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
