Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint within existing customers. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while Core AE handles broader Sales and Service relationships.

Drive new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, a proven track record in upsell/cross-sell, and the ability to

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Proven ability to manage existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell.
Track record of meeting/exceeding quota, including specialist/overlay roles.
Understands MarTech, Commerce, customer data or digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders to drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
Collaborate with Core AE / Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
Communicate Salesforce value through outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Grow within accounts via new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce.
