Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint within existing customers.

You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while Core AEs manage broader relationships, driving opportunities, whitespace, and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. You will develop account strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver compelling business

Competenze

• 8-10+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at senior levels
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota as an overlay/specialist
• Familiar with MarTech, Commerce, data or digital ecosystem

Mansioni

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to business objectives
• Coordinate with Core AE on account strategy and executive engagement
• Perform account planning and coordinate with sales resources for alignment
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs
• Share Salesforce value tied to personalization, data unification, commerce growth and revenue lifecycle efficiency
• Drive growth within assigned accounts through new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and campaigns
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce
