Job summary

Scale Marketing is seeking a Digital Strategy & Activation Manager to lead cutting-edge digital media strategies that drive client success. You will mentor junior team members, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensure seamless integrated campaigns.

Reporting to the Group Media Director, you will oversee programmatic, paid social, and paid search initiatives, while leveraging analytics to optimize performance and deliver strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive digital media experience; agency-side strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in DSPs, social platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Facebook Blueprint certification required; Google certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of integrated, mixed-media strategies; traditional media experience a plus.
• Highly developed analytical and mathematical skills, with expertise in Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of sophisticated digital media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze platform KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate large datasets to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
• Mentor and train junior team members to ensure high-quality execution.
• Deliver clear reports and analyses to clients and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact between trading teams, strategy, account management, and vendors.
