Job summary

Within is seeking a Digital Associate Director to lead and scale a global digital marketing practice, focusing on paid media and cross-channel strategy. You will guide senior stakeholders, serve as a trusted client advisor, and ensure program excellence across paid social, search, display, and video.

Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team, refining processes, and driving growth through strategic planning, resourcing, and high-impact client communications.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in digital marketing across paid media
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and priorities
• Experience applying AI tools within media planning, execution, or reporting workflows
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset
• Exceptional client leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with key tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing digital marketing team across multiple offices globally
• Own planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid social, search, display, and video
• Drive account growth, upsell, and cross-channel expansion
• Partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, and resource planning
• Develop and standardize global media best practices
• Provide senior client partner support and executive-level accountability for outcomes
