Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to drive patient-centric growth in the diabetes space. You will cultivate partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators while leading territory strategy and achieving sales targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, clinical credibility, and data-driven decisions, with full ownership of onboarding and engagement across providers. Travel within the assigned region is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the geographic territory and be willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create efficient routing and a seamless customer engagement process.
• Own the patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates as needed.
• Exceed sales targets and grow market share within the geography.
• Execute field sales initiatives with promotional practices that maximize impact.
