Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to expand our diabetes care partnerships across the Virginia Beach region. You will lead strategic plans, engage endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and drive adoption of our products while maintaining patient-centric focus.

This role requires strong relationship building, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable territory plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life science (healthcare, pharma, medical device, or diabetes).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create efficient routing and engagement processes.
• Own the patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates as needed.
• Exceed sales targets and drive market share growth within the territory.
• Deliver field sales initiatives aligned with company standards and promotions.
