Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to lead a diabetes-focused territory, building strong relationships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators. You will drive strategic plans, optimize routing, and own patient onboarding while aiming to exceed sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.

The role requires a proven sales track record in healthcare or life sciences, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated success in B2B or a life science industry (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
• Valid driver’s license
• Associate degree required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve and exceed goals
• Collaborate with partners to optimize routing and customer engagement
• Own the patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates
