Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to drive patient-centric diabetes initiatives across a defined geographic region. You will lead the territory business strategy, build partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and ensure products remain the standard of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years sales experience in B2B or life sciences.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Associate degree or higher required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and diabetes/endocrinology network

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with territory partners to create efficient routing and engage customers.
• Own patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates.
• Drive sales targets and expand market share in the geographic area.
