Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to lead the territory's business strategy and drive sales growth in diabetes care. You will build partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver patient-centric programs.

The role requires a sales-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or healthcare
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve/exceed goals
• Collaborate with partners to design efficient routing and patient engagement processes
• Own the patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates
• Maintain and grow market share within the territory through strategic management
• Present products with clinical credibility and differentiate from competitors
• Build relationships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators
• Use data sources to drive territory decisions and actions
• Move initiatives through internal teams to achieve shared goals
