Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners seeks a Territory Manager to drive patient-centered diabetes solutions in the assigned Virginia region. You will build partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators while exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.

You'll lead the territory strategy, coordinate with internal teams, manage patient onboarding, and ensure compliant, evidence-based product discussions that deliver measurable outcomes for providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences (healthcare/pharma/diabetes).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience selling diabetes-related products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with territory partners to optimize routing and engagement.
• Own the patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates.
• Exceed sales targets and grow market share in the region.
